Three components. One integrated manufacturing system.
Process Heads
Our process heads enable the precise and reproducible placement of Endless carbon fibers. They are designed for high process stability and form the technical interface between material, part geometry, and production. The result is defined fiber paths and reliable part properties.
Materials
Materials are the core of our systems. We develop proprietary thermoplastic Endless Fiber compounds that are precisely matched to the interaction with our process heads. This material expertise enables new design freedoms and is the key to controlled, high‑quality composite structures.
Design Software Akio
Our Software Akio controls the entire manufacturing process and connects material behavior and the process head into one integrated workflow. It automatically defines parameters, adjusts them in real time, and ensures that every production delivers reproducible results, from prototypes to series production.
One integrated process. From fiber to finished part.
Step 1: Setup
Equip your machine with one of our process heads and Endless Fiber materials. Our hardware is designed to integrate into existing production environments with minimal effort, getting you up and running quickly.
Step 2: Design with Akio
Akio, our layout software, automatically plans the optimal fiber path for your part. Define your specifications and Akio takes care of the rest, placing Endless Fibers precisely where they are needed for maximum strength and minimum material waste.
Step 3: Production
Your composite parts are manufactured fully automatically. Our machines follow the fiber layout defined by Akio and produce consistent, high-quality parts at scale, with no manual intervention required.
Materials
-
We develop and produce thermoplastic composite materials fully in-house in Germany. Endless fibers are integrated into established engineering polymers in a way that preserves their core properties while enabling targeted performance in the process. This allows process behavior to be defined at the material level before software and hardware come into play.
-
Instead of introducing entirely new material systems, Endless Industries builds on proven technical polymers and enhances them with Endless Fiber reinforcement. This approach reduces requalification effort, supports certification pathways, and makes it easier to integrate advanced composite capabilities into existing industrial environments.
-
Endless Industries combines in-house machine building, controlled production lines, and continuous process monitoring to ensure consistent material quality. Digital process records, traceability, and modular production architecture create the basis for reliable scale-up and industrial-volume manufacturing.

Software
-
Akio turns a standard STL file into a higher-performance 3D model by automatically generating carbon fiber structures inside the object. This results in parts that are stronger, more durable, and better suited for demanding applications. Instead of requiring users to manually plan and design internal reinforcements, Akio handles this complex step automatically, saving valuable time during development. The result is a more efficient workflow and a much easier way to create stronger, more reliable parts.
-
Precise parameter control makes it possible to tailor carbon fiber reinforcement to different requirements, applications, and design goals. Users can define how the internal fiber structures are generated and adapted within the model, allowing reinforcement strategies to be aligned with specific performance needs.
This flexibility makes the software especially valuable, as it not only produces automatically enhanced models but also enables tailored solutions for specific use cases. As a result, it is well suited for both precise engineering workflows and more experimental optimization processes.
-
By combining automatic fiber generation with detailed visual analysis, Akio makes internal structures easier to understand and evaluate from an early stage. Users gain a clearer view of how reinforcement is built into a part, helping them assess results with more confidence.
This transparency reduces uncertainty throughout development and creates a stronger basis for refinement, testing, and production. Especially for high-performance parts, that added clarity is a meaningful advantage.
Patented Processheads
-
The printhead is designed specifically for processing pre-impregnated continuous fiber filament. It guides fiber and matrix with precision, maintains consistent process pressure, and ensures clean integration of the filament into the part.
-
The temperature is controlled so that the matrix material melts reliably without damaging the fiber. Combined with precise contact pressure, this results in uniform, reproducible placement of the fiber within the component.
-
The cutting unit cuts the continuous fiber neatly and with repeatable precision. The key is the clean, fray-free cut, which is made possible by precision-manufactured components and a precisely guided cutting motion.
